Warranty & Return Policy

  1. HK Biocode Company Limited (“HK Biocode”) provides 1-year carry-in warranty for IBC-BestMammo device. Should customers have any enquiries, please consult HK Biocode Customer Services. For details, please refer to user manual and IBC-BestMammo website.
  2. IBC-BestMammo device are guaranteed against manufacturer’s defects for one (1) year from the original date of purchase. HK Biocode’s sole obligation in the event of such defects during this period is to repair or replace the defective part or IBC-BestMammo device with a comparable part or IBC-BestMammo device at HK Biocode’s sole discretion. Except for such repair or replacement, the sale, processing or other handling of IBC-BestMammo device is without warranty, condition or other liability even though the defect or loss is caused by negligence or other fault.
  3. IBC-BestMammo device can only be returned if the device is not compatible with Biorhythm– Breast APP in the App store in which HK Biocode provides.
  4. Request for goods return will not be accepted after 7 days of purchase.
  5. Damage resulting from use, accident, or normal wear and tear is not covered by this or any warranty.
  6. HK Biocode will NOT accept return for IBC-BestMammo device with water damage and/or other human factors.
  7. HK Biocode assumes no liability for any accident, injury, death, loss, or other claim related to or resulting from the use of IBC-BestMammo device.
  8. In no event shall HK Biocode be liable for incidental or consequential damages relating to or resulting from the use of IBC-BestMammo device or any of its parts.
  9. Customers are required to contact our Customer Service Hotline at (852) 3690-9863 within seven days after purchase for product return arrangement. The devices for refund must be complete and with original packaging.
  10. Returns or replacements of parts and/or IBC-BestMammo device may be subject to shipping, handling, replacement, and/or restocking fees.
  11. IBC-BestMammo device can only be exchanged for one time.
  12. The Company reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
  13. Should there be any dispute, the Company’s decision shall be final.
